As my creative career grew, I branded my work as visual music.
Weekly piano lessons along with practicing an hour a day as a young
child for seven years instilled a gratifying creative consciousness that
simply felt good. The glorious sensation of internalized creativity has
been an enriching presence in my work right up to this very day.
Understanding artistic interpretations, spatial relationships,
synchronizing rhythms, physical dexterity and sight-reading were all
easily transferable from the performing to the visual arts. Tones, notes,
rhythms, repetitions, textures, compositions, and harmonies are
interchangeable elements within all the arts.
